The “Let’s build our SFSC” tool is a guide that supports the organisation of local events to bring agri-food actors together and create new collaborations and partnerships through Short Food Supply Chains.

If you are a farmer or food producer, we would like to make it easier for you to connect directly with users of your products such as consumers, institutional kitchens, restaurants, etc.

The project will facilitate events in 12 European countries and regions, where producers and the rest of the agri-food industry can participate and network to identify new partners for SFSCs, particularly distributors and retailers. These events will run in the beginning of 2023.
